Deposit requirement of 50% of package value to hold all bookings. All deposits are payable in U.S. funds (bank draft or certified cheque).
Your License fees must be paid directly upon arrival.
Big Bear Outfitters – Nova Scotia – Final Payment:
Your balance is payable in full 30 days prior to your arrival date. All payments are payable in U.S. funds (bank draft or certified cheque).
If full payment is not received by this deadline, your space could be sold to someone else.
Big Bear Outfitters – Nova Scotia – Refund Policy:
In the event that you must cancel you trip the following rules will apply:
- Deposit is non-refundable
- If full payment has been received, your Deposit will be held for re-booking for a period of three years at which time the deposit will become forfeit to Big Bear Outfitters
- After arrival no refunds for early departure
